We are so impressed! We called a different locksmith to repair our broken lock. He took 5.5 hours to arrive and then tried to charge us $500 upfront, claiming the entire thing needed to be replaced. I'm was going out of town and completely forgot to make extra keys for my pet sitters. All the local locksmiths were closed except lock and roll. I called and they immediately answered! It was 15 minutes to closing and he said he would stay until I got there. I was 2 minutes late and got the best custom service. Support your small businesses and pour back into your community. I left my lock and key to be rekeyed and was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. However, when I called four hours later for an update, I was informed that it wouldn't be ready until the next day because the technician hadn't come in. It was disappointing that they didn't call me earlier to provide this update. I only left the lock with them because I was assured it would be ready today. 10/4/23 I needed to get my mom's front door lock fixed and needed extra copies of the key for my family and I. I called for availability and a quote and the manager said he would send someone out immediately. He also quoted me a really reasonable price for services. I was 15 minutes away from her house. The technician somehow beat me there and started working before I even arrived. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. I needed some minor touch work on my DIY front door handle set install and Lock and Roll was more than happy to respond to my home. After explaining my predicament to Robert, he gladly and professionally addressed my concerns in no time at all.  No problem was too small for these guys.  I was so pleased with how well Robert fixed my problem, I had him install an additional door handle set and deadbolt to my security gate. He arrived on time, knew his business snd was easy to talk to.  I will definitely use Lock and Roll in the future for all my lock and key needs. Outstanding job guys!
